Terms & Conditions
● Quotes are estimates unless confirmed in writing.
● Booking must be confirmed before work begins.
● Clients must ensure aircraft are accessible, unlocked, and located in a compliant location. Delays or lack of access may incur additional charges or rescheduling.
● Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
● We accept credit cards, checks, and bank transfers.
● Late payments may accrue interest or fees.
● Requires minimum 24-hour prior notice.
● Late cancellations or no-shows may trigger cancellation fees (50 percent of the quoted amount).
● Weather‑related changes may be rescheduled without penalty.
● Remove personal or valuable items before service.
● Provide accurate aircraft identifiers and condition details.
● Ensure detailing and runoff are permitted at the location.
Where Services are offered on a recurring, periodic, or warranty plan basis:
● Contracts will clearly outline the product or service covered, start date, duration, and renewal terms.
● If the contract auto‑renews, you will explicitly provide express affirmative consent before any billing.
● You may cancel using at least one of the methods provided (toll‑free number, email, postal address, or website) at any time; cancellation is effective immediately upon receipt.
● Refunds for any unearned pre-paid amounts will be prorated and issued without delay.
● Absent exceptional terms, contracts do not exceed one year and renew only upon your consent.
● We maintain liability insurance from a carrier licensed in California.
● We are not liable for pre-existing damage, defects, component failures, or personal item loss.
● Report any damage within 24 hours post-service; later claims may be declined.
● Report unsatisfactory areas within 24 hours for a complimentary re-service, subject to weather and access.
● Except as stated, no other warranties—express or implied—are provided.
● We comply with California environmental rules and proper disposal of runoff materials.
● The Client ensures that detailing is permitted at the service location.
● These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict‑of‑law provisions.
● Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
